WHEREAS, Plaintiff and Defendant City and County of San Francisco and Greg Suhr

3 settled this matter on or about September 11, 2017.

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiff and Defendants

5 through their designated counsel that the above-captioned action should be dismissed with
6 prejudice pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). The parties further
