It is hereby stipulated between plaintiffs, ROSALIND CALLOWAY and D.C-W, a minor

by and through his guardian ad litem ROSALIND CALLOWAY, by and through their counsel of

record, and defendants OAKLAND UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT and TOBINWORLD by and
4
through their counsel of record, that the above- referenced action should be dismissed with
5
prejudice pursuant to F.R.C.P. 41 as to all claims and causes of action against defendants
6
OAKLAND UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT and TOBINWORLD. The parties further stipulate
7
that the parties release each other for attorney’s fees, expenses and costs.
