AVC recently asked Defendant ASETEK DANMARK 27 A/S (“Asetek”) to agree that AVC may have additional time to prepare and serve its 28 Invalidity Contentions and Document Productions Accompanying Same -1- STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER 1 (collectively “Invalidity Contentions”).
