The parties, through their undersigned attorneys, and with the approval of the Court, stipulate to
a first extension of 30 days for Defendant’s time to file her motion for summary judgment. Defendant’s

Motion for Summary Judgment is currently due on May 19, 2017 and the new deadline would be June

24

18, 2017, with all remaining deadlines modified accordingly. Defendant respectfully requests this first

25

extension as Defendant’s counsel is experiencing an exceptionally heavy workload at this time,

26

including five district court briefs due this week. The additional time requested will enable Defendant to
