As indicated by the Second Stipulation to Extend Time, the parties have reached a
settlement in this case. Dkt. No. 18 at 1.

IT IS ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and any deadlines,

hearings, and the case management conference set for April 4, 2017 are VACATED. It is further

16

ordered that if any party certifies to this Court that settlement has not in fact occurred, with proper

17

notice to opposing counsel within ninety (90) days from the date below, this order shall be vacated

18

and this cause shall be restored to the calendar for further proceedings.
