This particular action, Bennett v. Experian, 3:17-cv-00506-WHA, is not a 3 part of that combined motion. Defendants in this action, however, shall have until 28 DAYS 4 after the Court rules on the aforementioned combined motion to answer or otherwise respond to 5 the complaint. The pending stipulated requests to extend the time for defendants Experian 6 Information Solutions, Inc., and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., to respond to the complaint (Dkt. 7 Nos. 14, 16) are DENIED as inconsistent with this order. 8 9 IT IS SO ORDERED. 11 For the Northern District of California United States District Court 10 Dated: March 20, 2017.
