On April 25, 2017, defendant Daniel Soto electronically filed his "Reply in Support

of Motion to Stay." Said defendant has violated the Civil Local Rules of this District and
15
the Court's Standing Orders, however, by failing "to provide for chambers a paper copy of
16
each document that is electronically filed . . . marked 'Chambers Copy'." See Civil L.R. 5-
17
1(e)(7); see also Standing Orders For Civil Cases Assigned to The Honorable Maxine M.

Chesney ΒΆ 2.

Daniel Soto is hereby ORDERED to comply with Civil Local Rule 5-1(e)(7) and the
20
Court's Standing Orders by immediately submitting a chambers copy of the above-
21
referenced documents. Said defendant is hereby advised that if he fails in the future to
22
comply with the Court's Standing Orders to provide a chambers copy of each
23
electronically filed document, the Court may impose sanctions, including, but not limited
24
to, striking from the record any electronically filed document for which a chambers copy
25
has not been timely provided to the Court.
