SETTLEMENT AND REQUEST FOR
ENTRY OF STANDBY ORDER OF
DISMISSAL
Plaintiff hereby advises the Court that the parties have reached a resolution of this matter

and have executed a written agreement that conditionally settles all issues presented therein. The
19
settlement agreement provides that the parties will fulfill their respective terms by July 9, 2018.

Accordingly, plaintiff requests that the Court vacate all pretrial dates, stay the action, and enter a
21
Standby Order of Dismissal directing the parties to file a Stipulation of Dismissal by July 18, 2018.
