WHEREAS, Defendants have filed a Motion to Dismiss, which is scheduled for hearing
2 on June 15, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.;
3
WHEREAS, the initial case management conference is currently scheduled for June 7,
4 2017 at 2:00 p.m.;
5
WHEREAS, the parties agree that, subject to the Court’s availability and approval, it
6 would be efficient to hold the hearing on the Motion to Dismiss and the initial case management
7 conference on the same date;
8
WHEREAS, the parties have also agreed that their initial disclosures shall be exchanged
9 two weeks after the Court’s Order resolving the Motion to Dismiss;
10
THEREFORE, it is hereby STIPULATED, by and between the parties that, subject to the
11 Court’s approval, the initial case management conference shall be continued from June 7, 2017 at
12 2:00 p.m. until June 15, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. It is further stipulated that the parties’ initial
13 disclosures shall be exchanged two weeks after the date of the Court’s Order resolving the Motion
14 to Dismiss.

Pursuant to the Parties’ stipulation, it is hereby ORDERED that the initial case
3 management conference in this matter shall be continued from June 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. until
4 June 15, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. to be held following the hearing on the Motion to Dismiss. It is further
5 ORDERED that pursuant to the Parties’ stipulation, the parties’ initial disclosures shall be
6 exchanged two weeks after the date of the Court’s Order resolving the Motion to Dismiss.
