CASILLAS and IRMA V. JASSO, 15 Defendants. ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE / 16 17 On March 14, plaintiff in this unlawful detainer action filed a motion to remand (Dkt. 18 No. 6). The opposition was due by March 28. On March 27, the action was reassigned to the 19 undersigned judge. The reassignment order stated, “Motions must be renoticed for hearing 20 before the judge to whom the case has been reassigned, but the renoticing of the hearing does 21 not affect the prior briefing schedule” (Dkt. No. 10 (emphasis added)). 22 As of this order, defendants have neither opposed the motion to remand nor sought an 23 extension of time to file their opposition. Defendants are ordered to SHOW CAUSE in writing by 24 APRIL 14 AT NOON why the motion should not be granted. 25 26 IT IS SO ORDERED. 27 28 Dated: April 6, 2017.
