WHEREAS, a hearing on Plaintiffs and Counter-Defendants Beautiful Slides, Inc.'s and

Mitch Grasso's ("Counter-Defendants'') Motion to Dismiss (the "Motion'') is currently noticed

for July 14, 2017;

WHEREAS, a case management conference is presently scheduled for June 9, 2017;

WHEREAS, due to the parties' counsel's scheduling conflicts, the parties wish to

reschedule the foregoing dates so that both the hearing on the Motion and the case management

conference are set for July 21, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby stipulate that the hearing on the Motion and the
