Before the Court is counterdefendants Beautiful Slides, Inc. and Mitch Grasso’s

motion, filed May 1, 2017, to dismiss four of counterclaimant May Allen’s seven

counterclaims. Counterclaimant has filed opposition, to which counterdefendants have

16

replied. Having read and considered the papers filed in support of and in opposition to

17

the motion, the Court deems the matter appropriate for determination on the parties’

18

respective written submissions, and hereby VACATES the hearing scheduled for July 21,

2017.
