COME NOW THE PARTIES, BY AND THROUGH THEIR COUNSEL OF RECORD, AND

STIPULATE, AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, the deadline under General Order No. 56 to hold a joint meet and confer

regarding settlement is July 20, 2017;

WHEREAS, the parties are not available to prepare for and jointly meet and confer

regarding settlement before July 20, 2017 and therefore require additional time;

WHEREAS, the parties have agreed that the meet and confer shall occur on August 22,

9 2017, at 11:00 a.m.; and

WHEREAS, if the matter does not settle, Plaintiff shall file a notice of need for

mediation within 14 days of the meet and confer.

WHEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated that the deadline to conduct the joint meet and

confer regarding settlement shall be extended to and including August 31, 2017.
