WHEREAS, on August 7, 2017, this Court issued a Notice (Dkt. No. 30) continuing the

hearing on Defendant’s Motion to Compel Individual Arbitration and Stay Litigation (“Motion”)

to September 21, 2017;
WHEREAS, due to a conflict that arose following the Court’s Notice, Defendant’s

counsel is unavailable for hearing on September 21, 2017; and

WHEREAS, the parties through counsel have agreed to continue the hearing to October

26, 2017, and to continue the Case Management Conference currently scheduled for October 5,

2017 to November 9, 2017;

IT IS THEREFORE STIPULATED by and between the parties through counsel as
follows:
