On July 17, 2017, this Court ordered a case management conference at 1:30 p.m. for which

Plaintiff failed to appear. Defendant Plannernet, Inc. appeared. Therefore, this Court HEREBY

ORDERS PLAINTIFF TO SHOW CAUSE as to why an award of sanctions in the sum of $400

15

should not issue for failure to appear. Plaintiff must demonstrate good cause in writing by no later

16

than July 24, 2017. A further case management conference has been scheduled for August 14,

17

2017. Plaintiffs must appear in person. Defendant Plannernet, Inc. may appear by telephone.

Defendant is asked to advise the Court of its intent to appear by phone and to contact CourtCall at
