FLAGSTAR BANK FSB, et al., Case No. 17-cv-02239-MMC ORDER DIRECTING DEFENDANT FLAGSTAR BANK FSB TO SUBMIT CHAMBERS COPIES IN COMPLIANCE WITH CIVIL LOCAL RULES AND COURT'S STANDING ORDERS Defendants. 12 13 On July 7, 2017, defendant Flagstar Bank FSB ("Flagstar") electronically filed its 14 motion to dismiss plaintiffs’ complaint and a request for judicial notice in support thereof. 15 Flagstar has violated the Civil Local Rules of this District and the Court's Standing 16 Orders, however, by failing "to provide for chambers a paper copy of each document that 17 is electronically filed . . . marked 'Chambers Copy'." See Civil L.R. 5-1(e)(7); see also 18 Standing Orders For Civil Cases Assigned to The Honorable Maxine M. Chesney ¶ 2. 19 Flagstar is hereby ORDERED to comply with Civil Local Rule 5-1(e)(7) and the 20 Court's Standing Orders by immediately submitting a chambers copy of the above- 21 referenced documents. Flagstar is hereby advised that if it fails in the future to comply 22 with the Court's Standing Orders to provide a chambers copy of each electronically filed 23 document, the Court may impose sanctions, including, but not limited to, striking from the 24 record any electronically filed document for which a chambers copy has not been timely 25 provided to the Court. 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
