3 “the Parties”), by and through their respective undersigned counsel, having knowledge that the
4 Parties have achieved a resolution of their disputes: (1) request that Defendant’s motion for
5 summary judgment scheduled for hearing July 3, 2018 be withdrawn; and (2) request that the trial
6 date of September 5, 2018 be vacated. The parties anticipate filing a Stipulation of Dismissal no
7 later than July 20, 2018.
