On July 17, the parties stipulated to a stay of all deadlines pending the close of the
18
acquisition underlying this action. Further, the parties stipulated that “the Court will retain
19
jurisdiction solely for the purposes of determining Plaintiff’s Fee Application if filed.” The
20
stipulation is DENIED.

This denial is without prejudice to the parties properly stipulating to enlarge time
22
pursuant to Civil Local Rule 6-1. Any stipulation must likewise comply with the Civil Local
23
Rules dictating the determination of fees and costs.
