BLUE SHIELD OF CALIFORNIA, Case No. 17-cv-03095-MMC ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFFS TO SUBMIT CHAMBERS COPY IN COMPLIANCE WITH CIVIL LOCAL RULES AND COURT'S STANDING ORDERS Defendant. 12 13 On July 20, 2017, plaintiffs electronically filed their “Reply in Support of Motion to 14 Remand Action to State Court.” Plaintiffs have violated the Civil Local Rules of this 15 District and the Court's Standing Orders, however, by failing "to provide for chambers a 16 paper copy of each document that is electronically filed . . . marked 'Chambers Copy'." 17 See Civil L.R. 5-1(e)(7); see also Standing Orders For Civil Cases Assigned to The 18 Honorable Maxine M. Chesney ¶ 2. 19 Plaintiffs are hereby ORDERED to comply with Civil Local Rule 5-1(e)(7) and the 20 Court's Standing Orders by immediately submitting a chambers copy of the above- 21 referenced document. Plaintiffs are hereby advised that if they fail in the future to comply 22 with the Court's Standing Orders to provide a chambers copy of each electronically filed 23 document, the Court may impose sanctions, including, but not limited to, striking from the 24 record any electronically filed document for which a chambers copy has not been timely 25 provided to the Court. 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
