Plaintiffs Connell & Associates, David William Connell Huber, and Omar Gerardo Ortiz

Castaneda filed a motion to relate Thomas F. White 1991 Trust v. David William Connell, et al.,

18

No. 17-cv-03177-WHO (William Orrick) to this action. Defendants Shane Claridge White,

19

Yulissa Zulaica, and Jack Teeters oppose.

20

Case No. 17-cv-03177-WHO and Case No. 17-03175 WHA concern substantially the

21

same parties, property, transactions, and events, and it is likely that there will be an unduly

22

burdensome duplication of labor if the cases are conducted before different judges. See Civ.

23

Local Rule 3-12. Accordingly, plaintiffs’ motion to relate is GRANTED, and Case No.17-cv-

24

03177-WHO SHALL BE REASSIGNED to the undersigned judge.

25

The parties are instructed that all future filings are to bear the initials of the newly

26

assigned judge immediately after the case number. Any case management conference in any

27

reassigned case will be rescheduled by the Court. The parties shall adjust the dates for the

28

conference, disclosures and report required by FRCP 16 and 26 accordingly. Unless otherwise
ordered, any dates for hearing noticed motions are vacated and must be re- noticed by the

moving party before the newly assigned judge. Any deadlines set by the ADR Local Rules

2

remain in effect, and any deadlines established in a case management order continue to govern,

3

except dates for appearance in court, which will be rescheduled by the newly assigned judge.
