Nos. 41, 43, 45, 47, 48 VWR INTERNATIONAL, LLC, et al., Defendants. 12 13 The parties have resolved a number of their disputes after meeting and conferring in 14 person. See Third Joint Ltr. Br., Dkt. No. 47; Fourth Joint Ltr. Br., Dkt. No. 48. Plaintiff now 15 seeks leave to move to compel further responses to Requests for Admission 4-9, 12-19, 24-25, 27, 16 29, 31-38, and 50-60. Id. (both). Plaintiff also seeks leave to move to compel further responses to 17 Interrogatories 2-25, and leave to propound Interrogatories 26-71. Third Joint Ltr. Br. at 2. 18 Plaintiff may file a motion to compel and for leave to propound these additional 19 interrogatories. In light of the upcoming holidays, the Court encourages the parties to agree to a 20 briefing schedule and a hearing date, and to be pithy.
