The parties have reached a settlement in the above case, subject to approval by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. The Government Audit and Oversight Committee (“GAO Committee”) of the Board of Supervisors will hear the settlement in closed session on Thursday, Stipulation and Request to Continue OSC Case No. 3:17-cv-03638-RS 1 n:\land\li2022\171640\01730201.docx 1 January 18, 2024.
