By order filed July 14, 2017, the Court directed plaintiffs to submit forthwith

16

chambers copies of their complaint and the parties’ respective briefing on a motion to

17

dismiss filed in the District of Maryland.

Although plaintiffs promptly submitted copies of those documents, the double-

19

sided format in which they were submitted is not in compliance with the Court’s Standing

20

Orders or the Local Rules of this District. See Standing Orders For Civil Cases Assigned

21

to The Honorable Maxine M. Chesney ¶ 2 (providing chambers copies shall be submitted

22

“in single-sided format”); Civil L.R. 3-4 (setting forth requirements for “papers presented

23

for filing”); Civil L.R. 3-4(c)(2) (providing “text must appear on one side only”).

24

Accordingly, plaintiffs are hereby DIRECTED to submit forthwith a chambers copy

25

of their complaint in single-sided format. The Court will accept, in this one instance,

26

double-sided chambers copies of the above-referenced briefing, given that its relevance

27

appears limited to plaintiffs’ pending motion to retransfer.

All chambers copies of documents filed hereafter in the instant case shall be

submitted in single-sided format.
