WYETH PHARMACEUTICAL, INC., et al., Case No. 17-cv-03825-MMC ORDER RESETTING HEARING ON PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION TO REMAND; VACATING BRIEFING SCHEDULES ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTIONS TO DISMISS Defendants. 15 16 By order filed concurrently herewith, the Court has found the above-titled action is 17 related to Case No. 17-2609, directed the Clerk of Court to reassign the above-titled 18 action to the undersigned, and vacated all previously set hearing dates therein. 19 One of the motions pending before the Court in the above-titled action is plaintiffs’ 20 motion to remand, filed July 7, 2017. As the Court must resolve the issue of subject 21 matter jurisdiction prior to considering any other issues raised by the parties, the hearings 22 on all other pending motions shall remain vacated, and will be reset, if appropriate, 23 following the Court’s determination as to subject matter jurisdiction.
