This case was removed by the defendant s from Sonoma County Superior Court to this 17 Court based on the federal claims stated in the Third and Fourth Causes of Action of the 18 Complaint. 19 2. The Third and Fourth Causes of Action are hereby dismissed with prejudice. The 20 parties shall each bear their own attorneys fees and costs in connection with the dismissed claims. 21 3. Defendant MTC Financial Inc, dba Trustee Corps, is hereby dismissed with prejudice, 22 with Plaintiffs’ and Trustee Corps’ waiver of attorney fees and costs incurred in this action to date 23 as to each other. 24 4. The case is remanded to the Sonoma County Superior Court. The Clerk Shall close the File. 25 IT IS SO ORDERED. September 26, 26 Date:_____________ 2017.
