The Parties having so stipulated and good cause appearing:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the deadline for Plaintiff Francisca Moralez and

Defendants Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust to complete the joint

5

site inspection required under Northern District of California General Order 56 is continued from

6

December 15, 2017, up to and including January 16, 2018.

7

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all deadlines in General Order 56 which are triggered

8

based on the date of the joint site inspection are continued in accordance with the new inspection

9

deadline.

PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED.
