U.S. Dep’t of Homeland 8 Security, et al., No. 3:17-cv-05211-WHA (ECF No. 49); State of California, et al. v. Donald J. 9 Trump, et al., No. 3:17-cv-05235-WHA (ECF No. 24); City of San Jose v. Donald J. Trump, et 10 al., No. 3:17-cv-05329-WHA (ECF No. 15); and Garcia, et al. v. United States of America, et 11 al., No. 3:17-cv-05380-WHA (ECF No. 12) (collectively, “related actions” and “Order”). That 12 Order requested that the parties “confer and recommend any better way of organizing the filing 13 system for these cases, including, for example, the possibility of filing everything in the low- 14 numbered action and thereby deeming it to be filed in all actions.” The Court also provided that 15 counsel may “stipulate to tweaks in the wording of this order (but not to its substance or 16 timeline).” 17 The parties to these actions have conferred and hereby stipulate to the following: 18 1. Any filing that is applicable to all of the related actions shall be filed in the 19 lowest-numbered action, Regents of the University of California, et al. v. U.S. 20 Department of Homeland Security, et al., No. 3:17-cv-05211-WHA. A filing in 21 that action shall automatically be deemed to be a filing in all of the related 22 actions, unless denoted otherwise.
