United States Department of Homeland Security, Case No. 17-cv-05235 MEJ (the “Multi-State Action”) 22 • Dulce Garcia v. United States of America, No. 3:17-cv-05380 JCS (the “Garcia Action”) • City of San Jose v. Trump, Case No. 5:17-cv-05329 HRL (the “San Jose Action”) 23 24 25 26 27 28 On October 10, plaintiffs the County of Santa Clara and Service Employees International Union Local 521, moved to relate its action, County of Santa Clara v. Trump, Case No. 17-cv-05813 HRL (the “Santa Clara Action”) to the above cases. The undersigned judge finds that County of Santa Clara v. Trump, Case No. 17-cv05813 HRL is related to the above cases, and shall be reassigned to the undersigned judge. The parties are instructed that all future filings in the reassigned case are to bear the initials of the 1 newly assigned judge immediately after the case number. Any case management conference in 2 any reassigned case will be rescheduled by the Court. Unless otherwise ordered, any dates for 3 hearing noticed motions are vacated and must be re-noticed by the moving party before the 4 newly assigned judge. Any deadlines set by the ADR Local Rules remain in effect, and any 5 deadlines established in a case management order continue to govern, except dates for 6 appearance in court, which will be rescheduled by the newly assigned judge. 7 The Santa Clara Action shall proceed according to the schedule already set forth for all 8 other related actions (Dkt. No. 49), with the exception that parties in the Santa Clara Action 9 shall serve their initial disclosures by no later than OCTOBER 20 AT NOON. 11 For the Northern District of California United States District Court 10 IT IS SO ORDERED. 12 13 14 Dated: October 16, 2017.
