IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, through their

respective counsel, that Plaintiff shall have an extension of time of an

additional 18 days to file his motion for summary judgement and an
additional 21 days to file his reply brief.
This is the first continuance
sought by Plaintiff.
On October 2, 2017, the Court issued a Procedural Order for Social
