This is the first continuance sought by Plaintiff. On October 2, 2017, the Court issued a Procedural Order for Social 24 Security Review Actions. [Docket No. 5]. 25 shall file a motion for summary judgment within 28 days of service of 26 Defendant’s answer. 27 No. 12].
