No. 262). 26 By TOMORROW AT NOON, Royal Dutch Shell shall confirm that if plaintiffs take 27 advantage of this offer then Royal Dutch Shell’s motion to dismiss pursuant to FRCP 12(b)(5) 28 would be moot and the issues raised by Royal Dutch Shell pursuant to FRCP 12(b)(2) and 1 12(b)(6) need not be reargued (i.e., Royal Dutch Shell’s time to respond to the complaint would 2 not start over). 3 4 Also by TOMORROW AT NOON, plaintiffs shall submit a statement setting forth any reason why they should not proceed to accept Royal Dutch Shell’s offer to waive service. 5 6 IT IS SO ORDERED. 7 8 Dated: May 29, 2018.
