4 "Individual Defendants") and nominal defendant Depomed, Inc. ("Depomed," and collectively
5 with the Individual Defendants, "Defendants"),1 through their respective counsel of record,

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by the Parties,
