Defendant has filed an ex parte request for an extension of the deadline to file a dispositive

motion. Upon due consideration of the request and the accompanying declaration of attorney
15
Martine D’Agostino, the court GRANTS the request. Docket No. 23. The court now sets the
16
following new briefing schedule for dispositive motions: Defendant must file and serve his
17
dispositive motion no later than November 9, 2018. Plaintiff must file and serve on defense
18
counsel his opposition to the dispositive motion no later than December 7, 2018. Defendant must
19
file and serve his reply brief (if any) no later than December 21, 2018.
