Pursuant to Civil L.R. 6-1(a), Defendant Skyworth USA Corporation (“Skyworth USA”),

and Plaintiff Cadence Design Systems, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) by and through their counsel of record,

hereby stipulate and agree as follows:

WHEREAS, on April 25, 2018, Plaintiff filed its Complaint in this action;
WHEREAS, on May 17, 2018, the Court granted Skyworth USA an extension to respond to
the Complaint until June 20, 2018;
WHEREAS, Skyworth USA has recently retained new counsel;
WHEREAS, Plaintiff has agreed to a second extension of time for Skyworth USA to respond
to the Complaint until July 9, 2018;
The second stipulation was promptly filed after current counsel was engaged by Skyworth
USA and will not alter the date of any event or any deadline already fixed by Court order.

Skyworth USA’s deadline to respond to the Complaint should be extended to July 9, 2018.
