STIPULATION

Plaintiff, John Tang, and Tribal Defendants, by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby

stipulate and agree as follows:
5
1. WHEREAS, Defendant and Counterclaim Defendant John Tang filed a motion to dismiss all
6
claims against him in this action (Dkt. No. 249) (“Tang’s Motion”) which is currently
7
scheduled to be heard by the Court at 2:00 p.m. on February 10, 2021;
2. WHEREAS, the parties hereto have reached agreement on the terms of a settlement, reduced
8
them to writing, and all counsel have approved the terms of the settlement agreement;
9

3. WHEREAS, undersigned counsel for the Tribal Defendnats is in the process of gathering all
11
of the required signatures from all of the tribal Defendants, but has encountered some delays
12
due to the fact that some clients are no longer affiliated with the Tribe and/or have had some
13
health and scheduling/availability issues;
14
4. WHEREAS, undersigned counsel for the Tribal Defendants believes he should be able to
15
obtain the remaining necessary signatures on the settlement agreement within the next seven
16
(7) days;
17
5. WHEREFORE, the parties hereto have agreed to further postpone the hearing and advising the
18
Court of the consummated settlement agreement for seven (7) days, or as otherwise
19
convenient for the Court.
