Plaintiff’s motion to seal its response to defendants’ privilege log, and the accompanying

exhibits, Dkt. No. 132, is granted. The materials are related to claims of attorney-client privilege,

15

and consist of excerpts from and details about attorney-client communications that may be

16

privileged. There is consequently good cause to seal. See Kamakana v. City & Cty. Of Honolulu,

17

447 F.3d 1172, 1180 (9th Cir. 2006).
