The last day to meet and confer re: initial disclosures, early settlement, ADR process selection, and discovery plan is continued to 21 days in advance of the initial case management conference. The last day to file Rule 26(f) Report, complete initial disclosures or state objection in Rule 26(f) Report and file Case Management Statement per Standing Order re Contents of Joint Case Management Statement is continued to 7 days in advance of the Initial Case Management Conference. The Initial Case Management Conference set for November 3, 2020, at 2:00 P.M. is continued to January 28, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. 28 PROPOSED ORDER
