Clark (“Clark”) hereby jointly respectfully request 22 the Court reschedule the date of the Case Management Conference in the cases captioned Paul C. 23 Clark v. DocuSign, Inc., Case No. 3:22-cv-07181-WHO (the “Patent Action”) and DocuSign, Inc. v. 24 Paul C. Clark, Case No. 3:22-cv-04785-WHO (the “Fraud Action”). The Parties continue to make 25 progress regarding at least a partial settlement. The Parties respectfully request an extension of the 26 Case Management Conferences as they continue to work on a resolution. 27 On April 11, 2023, the Court granted the Parties’ stipulated request to extend the Case 28 Management Conference from April 23, 2023 to May 23, 2023, and to submit a Joint Case STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER TO EXTEND DEADLINE TO SUBMIT JOINT STATUS REPORT Case Nos.: 5:22-cv-07181-WHO 3:21-cv-04785-WHO Case 3:21-cv-04785-WHO Document 98 Filed 05/17/23 Page 2 of 3 1 Management Statement on May 16, 2023. This is the Parties’ fifth request to extend the Case 2 Management Conference. 3 THEREFORE, the Parties hereby jointly stipulate and request that the Court order as follows: 4 1. That the Case Management Conference in the Patent Action and Fraud Action, 5 respectively, will be continued from May 23, 2023 to June 27, 2023, or a date thereafter convenient 6 for the Court. 7 8 2.
