ORDER OF DISMISSAL. The remaining parties having informed the Court at the Case Management Conference conducted January 7, 2022, that they have agreed to a settlement of this cause, it is ordered that plaintiff's claims alleged against de fendants Experian Information Solutions, Inc. and Credit One Bank N.A. be dismissed without prejudice; provided, however, that if any party shall certify to this Court, within ninety days, that the agreed consideration for said settlement has not bee n delivered over, the foregoing Order shall stand vacated and this cause shall forthwith be restored to the calendar for further proceedings as appropriate. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's claims alleged against defendants
