Andersen, Kelly McKernan, and Karla Ortiz (“Plaintiffs”); and Defendants Stability AI, Ltd.,

Stability AI, Inc., Midjourney, Inc., and DeviantArt, Inc. (“Defendants;” together with Plaintiffs,

“Parties”) hereby request that the Court hold the hearing on Defendants’ pending motions to dismiss

and to strike (ECF Nos. 49–54, 58–59, “Motions”) in person. The hearing is currently scheduled to
