ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE 12 13 APPLE INC., Defendant. 14 15 On July 11, 2024, an order granting the motion to dismiss the complaint was issued in this 16 matter. Plaintiffs were granted leave to amend within 30 days of that order, correlating with a 17 deadline of August 10, 2024. No amendment was filed by that date. Accordingly, Plaintiffs are 18 ordered to show cause within 7 days from the date of this order, explaining why this action should 19 not be dismissed.
