NAPA STATE HOSPITAL, et al., Defendants. 12 13 Mail sent by the Court to plaintiff Ronald Strasser was returned as undeliverable 14 more than 60 days ago. (Dkt. No. 10.) Accordingly, this federal civil rights action is 15 DISMISSED (without prejudice) because Strasser failed to keep the Court apprised of his 16 current address pursuant to Civil Local Rule 3-11(b) and because he failed to prosecute 17 this matter, see Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). Because this dismissal is without prejudice, Strasser 18 may move to reopen the action.
