On August 14, 2008, Plaintiffs filed a Motion for Enforcement and Further Remedial Orders. Defendants have requested additional time to oppose the motion. IT IS STIPULATED and AGREED by the parties, through their respective counsel, that Plaintiffs have no objection to a new briefing schedule, as follows: Defendants may file their opposition to the motion on or before September 15, 2009. Plaintiffs' reply to that opposition shall be filed on or before September 29, 2009. The parties further agree that the motion may be heard on October 13, 2009 at 2:30 p.m., and that the Status Conference presently scheduled for September 22, 2009 may likewise be held on October 13, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. 1
