Charles A. 2 Legge (Retired) as special master for discovery matters in the 3 above-referenced cases. 4 he intends to retire on December 31, 2013. 5 the exceptional amount of judicial resources expended adjudicating 6 disputes in this case nevertheless continues to warrant the 7 services of a special master to oversee discovery and sealing, and 8 justifies the expansion of his duties to assist in pre-trial 9 matters, such as in limine motions. Judge Legge has informed the Court that The Court finds that The Court will appoint one of United States District Court For the Northern District of California 10 the following three candidates as a replacement: The Hon. Wayne D. 11 Brazil (Retired), the Hon.
