ORDER Counsel are instructed that all future filings in any reassigned case are to bear the initials of the newly assigned judge ("CW") immediately after the case number. A case management conference shall be held on April 28, 2009, at 2:00 p.m., in Courtroom 2, 4th Floor, 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, CA. The parties shall adjust the dates for disclosures and report required by FRCivP 16 and 26 accordingly.
