No. 324), the parties indicated that they 27 were making substantial progress in mediation negotiations and anticipate being able to conclude 28 their discussions within the time provided for in the Court’s November 8, 2012 Order (Dkt. No. -1- JOINT STATUS REPORT CASE NO. C 06-0963 (CW) Case4:06-cv-00963-CW Document325 Filed02/06/13 Page2 of 3 1 2 332), which stayed all litigation and all deadlines in the matter for 90 days. The parties have concluded their negotiations and anticipate being able to submit, within 3 the next 14 days, a motion for preliminary approval and a Local Rule 6-2 stipulated request for an 4 order changing time to set a hearing on the matter for February 28, 2013.
