Ivor E. Samson, Esq., SNR Denton US, LLP, 525 Market Street, 26th Floor, San 19 Francisco, CA 94105-2708, is appointed as counsel for plaintiff for all purposes pursuant to 20 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(1) and the Court’s Federal Pro Bono Project guidelines. 21 All proceedings are STAYED for four weeks from the date of this order. A trial date 22 has not yet been set. The clerk shall send a copy of this order to Mr. Samson.
