Plaintiff, TOMAS LOPEZ MENEWEATHER, CDCR No. D-35219, a necessary and

material witness in proceedings in this case beginning on June 1, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., is confined
20
at Salinas Valley State Prison, Soledad, California, in the custody of the Warden. To secure this
21
inmate’s attendance at the settlement conference scheduled for June 1, 2011 at California State
22
Prison, Solano, it is necessary that a Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Testificandum issue commanding
23
the custodian of TOMAS LOPEZ MENEWEATHER, CDCR No. D-35219, to produce him at
24
California State Prison, Solano, 2100 Peabody Road, Vacaville, California 95687, the Honorable
25
Nandor Vadas presiding, beginning on June 1, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.

ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that:

inmate to Salinas Valley State Prison.
