Having considered the papers filed in support of Plaintiff Lazarus A. Ortega's Motion for Extension of time to Respond to Discovery, good cause appearing, this Court Orders as follows: That Plaintiff Lazarus A. Ortega's responses to Defendant Deputy Michael A. Giamalvo's Request for Production of Documents, Set One, are currently due for service by November 13, 2008. That time is now extended to January 12, 2009. That Plaintiff Lazarus A. Ortega's responses to Defendant Deputy Michael A. Giamalvo's Interrogatories, Set One, are currently due for service by November 13, 2008. That time is now extended to January 12, 2009. That the time by which Giamalvo may file a motion for summary judgment consistent with this Court's June 3, 2008 scheduling order is extended to March 20, 2009. IT IS SO ORDERED.
