The mediation deadline is presently scheduled for October 3, 2008.

T h e r e is good cause to grant the parties' applications because Plaintiffs have n o t yet filed their motion for class certification and the parties do not believe that m e d i a t i o n will be productive until the motion for class certification is ruled upon by t h e Court. The parties have not previously requested an extension on the mediation d e a d l i n e . The extension will not have an effect on other deadlines in the case m a n a g e m e n t order.
