Defendants request that the Court modify its prior order prescribing a briefing schedule on the parties' cross-motions (Doc. 65), so as to extend the due date for opposition memoranda from September 1, 2010, to September 3, 2010. No change to the hearing date or date for filing reply briefs is requested. Plaintiff does not oppose this request or the relief sought. Pursuant to Local Rule 6-2(a)(1), the enlargement of time is requested due to press of business, and a clerical oversight resulting in delay in a client's receipt of plaintiff's motion.
